1. Processing Times

Order Fulfillment: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High Volume: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our current domestic rates for the United States:

Carrier Delays: Torque Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Risk of Loss & Title

Transfer of Responsibility: In accordance with our Terms of Service, the risk of loss and title for all items transfers to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Torque Athletics is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery service that requires a signature if you have concerns about package security.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Torque Athletics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@torqueathletics.us with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
