At Torque Athletics, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following "like-new" conditions:

Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags and inserts attached.

Proof of Purchase: An official order confirmation or receipt is required.
2. Restocking Fees
To maintain our competitive pricing and high standards of quality, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exceptions: The restocking fee will be waived if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Requirement: Items must still meet all eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1 to be processed for a refund.
3. How to Start a Return
To ensure your refund is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

Initiation: Contact us at support@torqueathletics.us with your order number.

Authorization: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping: Once accepted, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Return Address: The specific return address will be provided alongside your RA number.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your gear immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

Customized Goods: Personalized apparel or special-order equipment.

Personal Care: Items such as supplements, body care, or used towels/undergarments.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or gift cards are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the gear you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our processing center.

Approval: If the item meets our eligibility criteria, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies typically require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
